Cyrus Englesman attends Redlands East Valley High School. He is 16 years old and is entering his junior year. Although Englesman is not involved in any extracurricular activities belonging to REV, other than being enrolled into Digital Journalism, he likes writing short stories and wants to expand his literature skills by taking this course. Outside of school, Englesman enjoys playing video games and spending quality time with his family and pet cat. Englesman’s plans after highschool are undecided, but he contemplates traveling and becoming a food truck vendor. He is motivated by the motto “always be better by eight. ” It encourages him that the day is full of possibility, and he can become a better version of himself everyday before the clock strikes eight.
