Malia Miguel is a senior attending Redlands East Valley High School and is La Plaza’s art director this year. She is 16 years old and an artist who prefers working traditionally with pencil and paper. One thing she frequently draws are ladybugs, and Miguel is known as a ladybug among her friends. During her free time, she enjoys doing anything creative such as knitting, sewing and crocheting. At school, she is involved in badminton, Wildcats4Change, as well as an officer of REV Rock Painting club. She is currently in her fourth year of Spanish at REV and hopes to contribute more art related content this year for La Plaza.
